  • Cardboard
  • Scrapbook Paper

Instructions: 

  1. From a piece craft foam, cut a circle.
  2. To create a cone-shaped shape, cut a slit through the foam.
  3. Use a hot glue gun to stick the foam back together.
  4. Flip it to the back and remove any foam from the other side.
