After resolving a trademark issue, 75292 the Razor Crest was renamed. This concludes this chapter of the LEGO Star Wars set.
Towards the end of 2020, 75292 The Razor Crest was renamed on the UK version of LEGO.com to 75292 The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transport after an issue with the trademark of the Star Wars ship’s name, which was at the time held by Michael Gaßmann and not Disney worldwide.
The US online retailer followed suit, choosing the longer title. However, reports that Lucasfilm had reclaimed the trademark in 2021 raised the question of whether the set’s name would change around the world.
This question is now answered by 75292 The Razor Crest, which has reverted back to its original title on official online shops in the UK, Europe, and the US. It suggests that the LEGO Group has resolved the trademark dispute sufficiently to allow them to continue using the original title.
The model is currently out of stock in the US. However, you can sign up to our LEGO Stock Alerts to be the first to know when it returns. In our detailed review, we determined that the model was a must-have item for LEGO Star Wars fans.
