We’re now officially into 2021, and LEGO is officially launching a new collection of creations to kick off the year. There are many new sets to choose from, including hundreds of builds that span everything from Star Wars, Disney, Technic, Creator and BrickHeadz. LEGO’s 2021 lineup assembles a massive selection of new models, with hundreds of sets to choose from. There are a number of highly anticipated new LEGO kits today, including new builds by The Mandalorian and new ways to decorate your home using brick-built mosaics.

All new LEGO sets for 2021

Star Wars

The Star Wars new additions to their Star Wars lineup are the most anticipated model to launch in 2021. They will deliver four new Star Wars models from a galaxy far, distant.

Headlining the new builds is the latest version of Luke Skywalker’s X-Wing Fighter, which clocks in at $49.99. This model features 474 pieces and four minifigures, an update to the previous model. You’ll also find several other new kits below:

Creator

LEGO’s Creator theme is also receiving a batch of new builds today, headlined by the introduction of its botanical collection. This new collection includes two kits that are focused on brick-built greenery. They include a Bonsai Tree, and a Flower Bouquet. These models are designed for older builders and can be used as home decor once they are assembled. $49.99 Each.

Technic

The Technic theme is sure to be popular in 2021 with a bunch of new sets in LEGO vehicles. The Ferrari 488 GTE AF Corse 51 is a standout, and it is made up of 1,677 pieces. This one is over 19 inches long and comes in a slick red colorway. It’s now available for $169.99 and is joined by several other new Technic models:

City

LEGO will also use 2021 to update its City theme with a series new builds, led by the Town Center. This 790-piece creation creates the central part of your brick-built community complete with a gas station, pizza restaurant, and the new road baseplates. It also includes eight minifigures. It weighs in at $99.99 There are a few more builds that can be added to the mix, which you can find below.


BrickHeadz

LEGO’s lineup of collectible brick-built characters, BrickHeadz, is starting off the year on a strong note with thew introduction of a few new figures. Alongside the debut of a new Chinese New Year set, there’s also a pair of new LEGO Pets BrickHeadz sets that are debuting for the first time in 2021.

Art

LEGO is also using 2021 to expand its Art theme by building two new brick-built mosaics. Both are inspired by popular licensed properties and allow you to bring Mickey Mouse and some Hogwarts decor into your home.

Nintendo

Nintendo has returned to the year with a new wave of Super Mario Kits after officially partnering with LEGO in 2020. Seven new LEGO courses are available to Mario as an expansion to the original starter set. All seven are available below.

Marvel

Many licensed themes will receive a new batch, with the most anticipated being all the Marvel creations. The Attack on the Spider Lair set is a highlight of the new collection. $69.99. This unique creation, which measures 466 pieces, includes Spider-Man alongside Venom and Green Goblin. It also has three additional suits. There are also several new Marvel builds.

Minecraft

After launching a few new creations last year, LEGO Minecraft is expanding its theme with only two sets for 2021. The Pig House is the larger, with 490 pieces. You can assemble a massive brick-built Pig at the Pig House. $49.99 Price point

Then there’s also a notably smaller addition to the theme with its Coral Reef set. This 92-piece creation includes a pair of minifigures and a small underwater build with a puffer fish and more at$9.99.

Ninjago

LEGO will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2021 with Ninjago as another notable LEGO theme. The new Ninjago sets are a continuation of that legacy.

Headlining the latest wave of LEGO Ninjago sets for 2021 is Zane’s Titan Mech Battle at$59.99. This 840-piece kit stands over 10 inches tall and has a pretty eye-catching design that stands out from other brick-built mechs we’ve seen in the past.

LEGO will be launching several promotions throughout 2021 in addition to the release of a new collection. The Vintage Car, which we first saw in December, will be available for purchase at no additional cost. $85.

If you order Harry Potter kits, you will be eligible to receive a free brick version of The Monster Book of Monsters. $75. That’s alongside your choice of a police water scooter or fire helicopter on all orders over $40.

More to come

LEGO is having multiple waves launch in order to mix things up for its 2021 launch. Another batch of creations will arrive in March. This will give builders additional Star Wars models to assemble and more.

It also looks like we’ll be getting a new addition to the Ninjago City collection for its 10-year anniversary around January 14, so be on the lookout for that announcement in the next week or so.
